About the event
Come and join us in this fun max out, no age or ability requirements, you don't need to be a member of either Wigan Barbell Club or CrossFit JST, and it's completely free!
Community is everything, and what better way to build it by slinging some tin together.
We'll begin with a coach led warm up (on both lifts consecutively), followed by maxing out on each lift, sharing bars with eachother, tunes blasting, shouts of encouragement, lots of banter, and good vibes all around!
