Boxing Day Max Out

Our last max out session earlier in the year was such a success that we've decided to throw another one before years end.

What better way to see out 2024 than with some big lifts, heavy tunes, naughty snacks, heaps of caffeine, and a bunch of likeminded humans under the same roof 🙌

We will be maxing out on both of the classic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk), and maybe add in a cheeky complex on both if anyone's feeling extra spicy, and there will be coach led warm ups for both.

You don't need to be a member of Wigan Barbell Club or CrossFit JST, there's no age or ability requirement, and it is completely FREE!

Refreshments will be available to purchase on the day in the form of energy drinks, water, coffee, and some delicious baked goods.
